Do I have to sign a contract?
No, CAP offers monthly rates and no contract coverage. We do offer a 1-month discount applied to all 12 month terms, ensuring you the total peace of mind in knowing you’re covered in case of an inevitable breakdown, for the lowest available price.
Are there limits to how many times I can make a claim?
No, at CAP your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If your appliance or mechanical system fails through regular usage, it is covered and your account is in good standing, we will repair it. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace it. Period.
Do I need to use any other manufacturer warranties I might have prior to making a claim?
No, if there is a valid warranty from the manufacturer, we will save you the trouble of dealing with them. If your warranty allows it, we will repair your appliance and seek reimbursement from the manufacturer.
